Brad Palmer
Owner
Brad is the owner and founder of Infinity All-Stars. Opened in June 2008, Brad had a vision of creating a gym where athletes could train and pursue their passion for cheer/dance, in a positive and encouraging environment! Brad began cheering in high school his Senior year, when he was a member of the competition team. At James Madison University, he was invited to attend a practice with the team there, and never looked back! While at JMU, he was a 4 year Varsity team member and 2 year captain. He then went to graduate school at Clemson University, where he was a member of the nationally ranked Co-Ed team. Brad began coaching while in grad school and has been working with teams and athletes ever since. When not at Infinity, he works as an IT Project Manager for the government. More Info

Chris Takacs
Gym Director
Chris is the Gym Director for Infinity. He began his cheer career in middle school when he was a member of Spirit Xplosion All-Stars, which then became Virginia Wild. He continued cheering through his high school years and eventually was recruited to cheer at George Mason University. As a member of the Patriot Varsity team, he experienced great success on the national stage. While being at GMU, he also began coaching over the summers for UCA - teaching high school aged athletes all across the country! Besides running Infinity and coaching teams/classes, Chris has a great passion for music - singing, playing guitar, and creating cheer mixes! More Info

Jared Rohlfs
Cheer Coach
Coach Jared has been participating in and coaching cheerleading for over 8 years. He first joined high school team, and then joined an All-Star team. Jared has coached both domestically, and internationally. Jared has run training programs in Taiwan and Singapore. He has a very successful track record working with school teams, All-Star teams, and coaching skill camps. For the upcoming season, Jared will be cheering for the National Champion Morehead State Eagles! More Info

Sean Hill
Gymnastics Director
Coach Sean is our Gymnastics Director and has been involved with gymnastics as a coach and participant for nearly 20 years. Sean began coaching at NVGA in Herndon in 1996. He spent time coaching at Cardinal Gymnastics, as well as Capital Gymnastics. At Capital he was a Level 4 team coach and Assistant Head Coach for the Power Tumbling teams. Sean has developed many training and tumbling programs for athletes of all levels, where ever he has coached. Outside of coaching, Sean is a P.E. teacher at Cunningham Park Elementary School. Ashleigh Russell
All-Star Coach
Coach Ashleigh is entering her third season as an Infinity All-Star team coach. She is originally from Michigan, and cheered all through high school and college. She attended Spellman College in Atlanta, Georgia, where she was a 4 year member of their Varsity team. Professionally, Ashleigh is a researcher at NIH. More Info

Krissy Schnebel
All-Star Coach
Krissy serves as a coach to our dance teams, as well as our Mini cheer team at Infinity All Stars. Originally from Long Island, NY, Krissy has been a dancer since the age of four, studying ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop, contemporary, and musical theater. She became a cheerleader later on in her school years, and continued both cheer and dance until studying special education at James Madison University. After moving to Northern VA Krissy began coaching cheerleading at a local high school and all star dance team, under the director of Suzanne Mansfield (our Dance Director at Infinity All Stars), before finding a home at Infinity All Stars. When not at Infinity All Stars, Krissy is a special education middle school teacher for Fairfax County Public School, and co-directs and choreographs her school's yearly musical. More Info

Grace Miller
All-Star Coach
Coach Grace comes to us from Ashville, PA. She has been dancing since the age of 3, and has studied ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, pointe, modern, hip hop, and musical theatre, while attending Charlene's School of Dance. While attending Penn State University, Grace was a member of the Allied Motion, a professional Modern dance company, as well as the PSU Dance Team. Grace began instructing dance when she was attending Penn State, and has been with our Dance Program since its first season. When she isn't coaching/dancing, Grace is a licensed Realtor with Coldwell Banker Elite, serving Virginia and Maryland. More Info

Jenn Lodder
All-Star Coach
Coach Jenn is a native of Riverdale, NJ and is starting her second season as an Infinity team coach! She started cheering in high school, and was also a member of the Star Athletics and World Cup cheer program. She graduated from James Madison University in 2009, where she was a member and Captain of the Varsity cheer team. She takes great pride in helping her athletes attain new skills and reach new heights in cheer! More Info

Tommy Cole
Cheer Staff
Coach Tommy is originally from Ashburn, VA where he attended Stone Bridge High School. After excelling at Football in high school and college, Tommy switched to cheerleading when he began attending George Mason University. At GMU, Tommy was a member of the varsity cheer team. Currently, Tommy is a male cheerleader for the NFL Baltimore Ravens. The most rewarding part of coaching to Tommy is being able to pass on knowledge, or teach an athlete a new skill that they may not have otherwise accomplished. More Info

Tom Kennedy
Cheer Staff
Coach Tom is originally from New Jersey, but has been in the DC area since he first began attending school at George Washington University. There, he was a member of the Varsity Co-Ed cheer team, which was consistently a top 10 finisher at NCA College Nationals. Tom has also taken part in numerous partner stunt competitions, placing First Place at CDE Nationals in 2010. He works as a Manager at the firm KPMG. More Info

Jessica Wright
All-Star Coach
Coach Jessica joins Infinity from Oxford, MA. She has over 12 years of coaching experience in cheer and dance, with much of that time focusing on our younger athletes. She served as Program Director of an All-Star cheer program in Massachusetts, which eventually merged with Spirit Central All-Stars. At that time she coached the Tiny, Mini and Youth teams for that program. When not at Infinity, Jessica plays in many recreational sports leagues, and helps run the social marketing campaign for Infinity! More Info

Chris Epps
Cheer Coach
Chris is originally from Hampton, Virginia and has been cheering since his Junior year in high school. His teams won Districts, Regional's, and placed 5th at States. Chris then attended George Mason University on a cheer scholarship, where he is currently pursuing his degree in Physical Education. On the GMU team, Chris has competed three times at college nationals, placing 4th, 3rd, and 2nd. He got into coaching because he enjoyed seeing how happy athletes became when they hit a skill for the first time. More Info

Randie Orr
Cheer Coach
Randie has been involved with cheerleading, gymnastics, and dance for the past twenty-five years. During the last twelve years she has coached youth through collegiate teams in gymnastics [at Dynamics Unlimited Gymnastics (NY) and APEX gymnastics (VA)], and cheerleading [at Fairfax High School (VA), and several NY schools], placing first in several state, regional, eastern national, and national competitions. She began her gymnastics training at the age of 4 and continued on to cheer for her High School Varsity Team. Trained in New York, Randie danced at the Collage Performing Arts Center under the direction of Marci D. Williams, was selected as a Dance All-American and danced at the State University of New York during the transition of her 3-1-3 program. She has a B.S. in Exercise Physiology and a M.S. Ed. in Physical Education and Sport Psychology from Canisius College. She is currently working as a Physical Education teacher in Fairfax County, coaching at Fairfax High School and Infinity All Stars. On the side, she works as a choreographer for teams, stunt groups, and individuals competing in cheerleading; as well as a high school and JamBrands cheerleading judge. She believes that kids need a positive role model and that is what keeps her so involved in coaching today! More Info

Kelly Brady

Kelly is going into her third year of coaching at Infinity All-Stars. She attended school and cheered at Penn State University, as a member of the All-Girl team. For the last two years, Kelly has also been the Head Varsity Coach for Paul VI High School, where she has taken the program to new heights competitively! Jenny Goff
All-Star Coach
Coach Goff grew up in Herndon, attended Herndon High School, and then George Mason University! She has personally cheered in high school, All-Stars, and in college. Since 2005, she has returned home to coach the Herndon Hornets! In 8 years, she's taken the program to new heights, capped by a 2010 2nd place finish at Virgini a States! Jenny has been coaching Infinity All-Star teams since our first season. She works as a Special Education Teacher at Herndon High School. More Info

Wes Vaughan
Cheer Coach
Coach Wes has been working in cheerleading for nearly 15 years. He has successfully ran and grown cheer programs for Paige County, Spotswood, and Fairfax High School where he currently resides. He has taken FHS to states the last three years, including its first State Championship in 2009. Wes is also involved on the judging side of cheer, working for competition companies all over the country. He is currently the President of NVRCCA, the governing body of scholastic cheerleading in Northern Virginia. Professionally, is a 6th grade school teacher. More Info

Dion Bagby
All-Star Coach
Coach Dion comes to Infinity by way of Oklahoma. Dion began his athletic career as a stand out wrestler, but then switched to cheerleading in high school. He began cheering collegiality at nationally ranked Trinity Valley Community College. He later transferred to the University of Louisville, where he was a member of the National Champion Small Co-Ed team, and then the National Champion Co-Ed team. While attending school, Dion got involved with coaching athletes at programs like Gym Tyme All-Stars and Power Cheer. Dion has also spent many summers teaching Speed Camps. More Info

Jelaire Grillo
All-Star Coach
Coach Jelaire is originally from Miami, Florida and has been living in the Northern Virginia area since 2009. She cheered for Top Gun All-Stars out of Miami, as well as the University of Florida All-Girl team. The past few seasons she has been the Program Director for SYA Xtreme out of Centreville, and has guided them to numerous first place finishes and National Titles in various competitive recreation categories. Jelaire is in her first season as an Infinity coach and is excited to be coaching the Junior 2 team! More Info

Emily Suitch
Cheer Coach
After spending 2 years as an Infinity athlete, Emily will be stepping into the role of coach this season! She was a member of our Sr 4.2 cheer team, as well as Madison High School Varsity cheer squad. She attended and cheered at Old Dominion University in 2010, and has now returned back to Northern Virginia to continue her education and coach! She is also currently the Junior Varsity coach for Lake Braddock High School. More Info

Coach Erica is entering her first season at Infinity, but does so with a wealth of experience. She was a member of her high school Varsity team, as well as Maryland Twisters "Reign". While attending college at Howard University, she worked with numerous programs and teams in the DMV area. She has also been a coach for the Maryland Marlins and Maryland SuperStars. More Info

Dominic Borello
Coach Dom has over 20 years of gymnastics experience. In high school, he was part of a 3 time state champion gymnastics team and qualified to represent the state of Virginia for senior nationals in 2001. In college, he qualified for 2 national collegiate gymnastic meets his sophomore and junior years. While in college, he was also the director of a boy's gymnastics program in Clearwater, Florida. Dom began coaching all star cheerleading in 2000 as a tumbling instructor. He continued coaching high school cheer and all star programs during college. He has coached all age groups and levels and several national championship teams. As a cheerleader, Dom has both competed in the collegiate arena and in the all star arena. Dom graduated from the University of South Florida with a bachelor's degree in Environmental Science & Geography and is currently pursuing a master's degree in Environmental Management at George Mason University. He works as a consultant to a government contractor. More Info
